1. Service Provisioning

SoftoChain provides cloud web hosting, virtual servers, domain name registration, and related web infrastructure services. Cloud hosting accounts are automated and deployed upon successful payment through verified gateways.

2. Acceptable Use Policy

Users are prohibited from utilizing services for malicious activities including but not limited to distributed denial-of-service (DDoS) attacks, unauthorized network scanning, phishing campaigns, or distribution of illicit materials.

3. Billing & Payments

Invoices are generated in Bangladesh Taka (BDT). Payment cycles are monthly or annually as selected during order configuration. Accounts not renewed prior to the due date are subject to automated suspension.

4. Backups and Data Integrity

While automated daily backups are maintained for disaster recovery, clients retain primary responsibility for maintaining independent backups of their critical business data and databases.
